Expansive views of Long Island Sound are captured from nearly every space, framed by custom bronze windows and softened by warm natural materials. A stair tower, crafted from rift-sawn white oak with inlaid bronze detailing, anchors the three-story home with quiet drama. Interior spaces flow easily from one to the next, maintaining intimacy despite the home’s scale.

Designed in collaboration with Studio Lagerloef and constructed by Hobbs Inc., the residence incorporates geothermal heating and cooling, smart home integration, and a sculptural rooftop bar tucked into the chimney massing, accessible via a custom mechanical hatch.
